Warehouse Man Job Hiring Qualifications:

• High school graduate or college level
• 21 years old and above
• At least 1-year experience
• Willing to render overtime, longer working hours and shifting schedule (day and night shift

Responsibilities:

• Receive and Inspect Goods: Unload incoming shipments, inspect items for quality and accuracy, and store them in designated areas.
• Organize and Maintain Inventory: Arrange products systematically in the warehouse, ensuring easy access and proper labeling.
• Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately select items for outgoing orders, pack them securely, and prepare them for shipment.
• Load and Unload Trucks: Efficiently load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring goods are handled with care.
• Operate Warehouse Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move and store products.
• Maintain a Clean Work Environment: Regularly clean and organize the warehouse to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.
• Conduct Inventory Counts: Perform regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy and report any discrepancies.
• Follow Safety Protocols: Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in warehouse operations or similar role.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Physical stamina to lift and move heavy objects.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
