Job Description for Dispatch Coordinator
- Coordinates the movement of goods from warehouses to customers or other locations.
- Schedules shipments and ensures timely deliveries using logistics software.
- Tracks and monitors delivery progress, resolving any issues that arise.
- Handles customer inquiries regarding shipping status and delays.
- Works closely with warehouse teams to ensure proper packaging and timely shipments.
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; education in logistics is a plus.
- At least 6 months of experience in logistics, shipping, or customer service.
- Knowledge of logistics and shipment tracking software.
- Excellent communication skills.
