Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and meticulous Admin Encoder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and organizing data into our systems. The ideal candidate should possess excellent typing skills, be well-organized, and be capable of working with minimal supervision.
Encoder Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter data into the company database, ensuring all information is input correctly and promptly.
- Verify data against source documents, checking for any discrepancies or errors before entry.
- Organize and maintain files and databases, keeping all records up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Perform regular data entry tasks, including updating information, creating new records, and removing obsolete ones.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency across all systems.
- Identify and report any data-related issues or concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
- Follow the company’s data entry and security policies to ensure sercurity and data integrity.
- Assist in developing standardized procedures and guidelines for data entry processes.
- Prioritize and meet deadlines for assigned tasks, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to data inquiries promptly and professionally.
Requirements for Admin Encoder:
- High school diploma or equivalent degree.
- Able to assist in a fast paced environment
- Proficient computer skills and the ability to work individually.
- Proven experience as an Encoder or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional typing and data entry skills, with a minimum typing speed of [50 words per minute].
- Proficient computer skills, including a strong command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Time management skills and the ability to work alone
- Knowledge with data entry software and tools is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a strong ability to spot errors and differences in data.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

- Encode or similar role preferably in a fast paced environment

- Atleast graduate of any 2-year course
- With knowledge in Excel and Microsoft
- With past job experience as admin staff or encoder
